Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a canvas print from canvascy.com, operated by Tsiakkas Copy Center Ltd, Ayias Fylaxeos 245, Limassol 3116, Cyprus. Placing an order means you accept them.

Prices and VAT

All prices shown on the site are in euro and include VAT. Store pickup from our Limassol shop is free. Delivery anywhere in Cyprus is €5.00. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Placing an order

Your order is accepted once payment has been completed successfully and we have sent you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you in full.

Your image and your rights to it

By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to have it reproduced. You keep all rights in your image. We use it solely to produce your order, and we will not publish it, reuse it, or show it as a sample without asking you first.

We may decline to print material that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's copyright, and will refund you if we do.

Print quality and resolution

The checker on our site estimates the print resolution (DPI) of your image at the canvas size you choose, and warns you when it is low. If you choose to proceed after being shown a low-resolution warning, the resulting softness or pixellation is not a manufacturing defect and is not grounds for a refund. If in doubt, choose a smaller canvas or contact us before ordering.

Screens vary in how they render colour. Minor differences between what you see on your monitor or phone and the finished print are normal.

Production and delivery times

Canvases are normally printed and ready within 2–3 working days. Delivery within Cyprus usually adds a further 1–2 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Custom sizes

Custom sizes are available with the shorter side up to 160 cm and the longer side up to 5 m, priced automatically from €15. For anything larger, contact us.

Our liability

Where we are at fault, our liability is limited to reprinting the item or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Cyprus or EU law that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
