We recommend a minimum of 150 DPI at your chosen canvas size. The quality checker above will instantly tell you if your photo is suitable. For best results, aim for 200–300 DPI. If your photo is too small, try selecting a smaller canvas size.
How long does it take to receive my canvas?
Orders are printed and ready within 2–3 working days. Store pickup is free — just collect from our shop at Ayias Fylaxeos 245, Limassol. Home delivery anywhere in Cyprus takes an additional 1–2 days and costs €5.00.
What file format should I upload?
We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC, and TIFF files. For best results use the original photo from your camera or phone — avoid screenshots or photos downloaded from social media, as these are compressed and low resolution.
How do I send you my photo after ordering?
Your photo is uploaded automatically during the checkout process — no need to send it separately. Simply upload it using the photo uploader above before clicking Pay. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I order a custom size not listed above?
Yes! Use the Custom size option in Step 2. Enter any width and height up to 150 cm per side. The price is calculated automatically at €45 per m². For sizes larger than 150 cm, contact us at info@canvascy.com or call 25341901.
