How long does it take to receive my canvas?

Rolled canvases are printed and ready within 2–3 working days. Stretched canvases (on a frame) take 7–10 working days, since the frame is built and stretched by hand. Store pickup is free — just collect from our shop at Ayias Fylaxeos 245, Limassol. Home delivery anywhere in Cyprus takes an additional 1–2 days and costs €5.00.

What file format should I upload?

We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WEBP files. For best results use the original photo from your camera or phone — avoid screenshots or photos downloaded from social media, as these are compressed and low resolution.

How do I send you my photo after ordering?

Your photo is uploaded automatically during the checkout process — no need to send it separately. Simply upload it using the photo uploader above before clicking Pay. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
